Desired Skills and Competencies:

Job Summary:
The Bioinformatician will help to build, maintaining and optimizing bioinformatics pipelines, including WGS, WGBS, single cell and spatial transcriptomics. Bioinformaticians will work closely with data scientists, clinical project managers to guide project directions and experiment designs. The candidate will be responsible for developing sequencing data analysis pipeline and process genomic data generated from Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and/or other sequencing platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop specifically sequencing pipeline for cfDNA mutation and methylation, Spatial Transcriptomics and Single Cell Seq
- Experience with datamining, large-scale bioinformatics analysis in solid tissue (including, but not restricted to genome-wide association studies, next-generation sequencing, copy number assessment, transcriptome wide association (TWAS) assessment, pathway enrichment analysis and prediction modelling) is an advantage.
- Develop and validate pipelines for genomic data analyses and be competent in developing own or customizing existing software workflows to meet project requirements.

Job Summary:
The Assay Development Scientist will spearhead at least one project related directly to a pipeline diagnostic product. The scientist will design, optimize and perform preliminary validation work resulting in a prototype proposal for further product development. The scientist will also investigate, optimize and implement relevant technologies from either published or commercial sources to improve the performance of current tools. In the course of work, the scientist may create new intellectual property in the form of technology disclosures, patents, or publications.
The Assay Development Scientist will report to Director, Assay Development. The scientist may also have direct reports in the form of one or more Research Officers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead development and optimization of clinical diagnostic tests based on molecular technology e.g. RT-PCR, isothermal amplification, NGS (~60-80% wet lab time)
- Apply specific aspects of molecular technology to detection of miRNA, DNA methylation, mutations as well as pathogens of interest e.g EBV, HPV
- Continuously explore new technologies to meet/exceed current clinical requirements on diagnostics tests and improve existing methods
- Design and manage projects, problem-solve using technical knowledge, design control and awareness of basic regulatory issues.
- Design and execute experiments independently as well as coordinate a research team that may comprise scientists and/or research officers

Desired Skills and Competencies:
- PhD / Master’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or similar discipline. Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant work experience and strong evidence of at least 1 year of independent research/development work may be substituted.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in molecular biology research and/or development.
- At least 1 year of experience in assay design and development in oncology or infectious disease-related areas is preferred. Familiarity with regulatory/quality assurance processes is an advantage.
- A strong understanding of primer design, buffer/enzyme optimization for RT-qPCR and/or other relevant technology.

Product Development team is stationed at R&D site and responsible for productization activities including kit prototyping, validation and verification, product improvement and technology transfer. Job Summary:
The Medical and Scientific Affairs Team communicates the value of MiRXES’ technology, products, and services to external medical and scientific experts and internal stakeholders, by fostering KOL relationships, communicating scientific data, and presenting educational information to various audiences.
We are seeking a Medical Alliance Lead (Early Cancer Detection) who will be primarily responsible for leading Medical Affairs activities focused on engaging clinical KOLs, stakeholders, and organisations and establishing scientific and medical alliances within the early cancer ecosystem to support the strategic objectives of the Early Detection Business Unit.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring disease area expertise and clear business understanding to identify and address the relevant medical needs of clinical practice, to successfully support the optimal use of MiRXES products. This role will lead and drive the development of medical alliances to accelerate the development and adoption of early cancer diagnostics and be the key medical expert representing MiRXES in engaging clinical partners and providing medical support for the assigned product portfolios.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the Global Medical Affairs strategy for developing scientific and medical alliances within the early cancer ecosystem to support the strategic objectives of the Early Detection Business Unit.
- Provide thorough up-to-date medical, clinical development and cross-functional expertise to achieve MiRXES objectives in the area of early cancer detection, particularly in the assigned disease areas.
- Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with disease area experts and other external influencers and stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Competencies

About the position
The Senior Medical Science Liaison, Japan, will develop and lead the medical affairs strategy for early cancer detection products in Japan. He/ she will communicate the value of MiRXES’ technology, products, and services to external medical and scientific experts and internal stakeholders, by fostering KOL relationships, communicating scientific data, and presenting educational information to various audiences. He/ she will also establish and manage clinical studies and research collaborations between MiRXES Singapore and Japanese hospitals/ universities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Japan market KOL/stakeholder engagement plans to gather data, develop, and share medical/scientific insights that contribute to MiRXES’ key medical/scientific messages, and plans.
- Identify and develop regional and national medical and scientific KOL, ensure scientific understanding and build appropriate advocacy and engagement in line with global scientific and medical affairs objectives.

The role of the appointment holder is to develop clinical diagnostic testing workflow, and train technical personnel, leading to the implementation of these new workflow in a clinical diagnostics environment. Clinical implementation involves SOP writing, establishment of QC criteria, validation protocol planning, execution of validation in accordance to the approved protocol, and validation reporting. - Provide first line support to leaders to resolve performance, disciplinary and grievance issues
- Partner with regional reward team to design, implement relevant compensation, benefit, reward and recognition programs that help attract and retain employees
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of the relevant trends, regulations, and legislation in the relevant jurisdictions and ensure appropriate response including representation and or education to raise awareness of changing frameworks, trends and business implications
- Ensure the relevant mechanisms are in place and reviewed regularly to enable the accurate flow of employee data to relevant HR systems
- Work on and support global projects, reporting and other ad hoc tasks as required

Roles and Responsibilities
- Review/perform incorporation of new companies, on-going corporate secretarial matters, striking off, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws
- Update and maintain of statutory registers and records, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Review/preparation of Directors’/Shareholders’ resolutions and manage timely filing of AGM, EGM and Annual Return documents, familiar with ACRA e-filing
