MiRXES Lab is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Diagnostics Clinical team to manage our clinical projects from start (discovery phase) to finish (clinical validation).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Management for clinical studies for diagnostic product development: which will include stages like study design, liaising with clinical sites, project management and reporting of status, prepare regulatory documents
- There will be estimated 10% of the time spent on wet lab; sample preparation
- Working alongside and together with internal stakeholders to provide updates as well as troubleshoot on project issues and roadblocks

MiRXES Lab is looking for a Data Scientist who will help us to understand the vast amount of high-throughput data generated from our internal research, technical data from daily operations as well as what has already been published in public domain. The team will focus on analysis data within cancer biomarkers.
The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. They must have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. You should have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis on data with various machine learning and statistical methods
- Discover hidden information in data; present data and analyze results in a logical and coherent manner to facilitate scientific contend creation
- Develop models for multi-marker diagnostic test and perform data mining
- Novel analytics tools and methods development for better understanding of data, data generation process refinement and quality control
- Facilitate the design and execution of experiment, process set up and quality control set up with statistical insights

Role & Responsibilities
- Hands-on leadership in development and optimization of clinical diagnostic tests based on molecular technology e.g. RT-PCR, isothermal amplification, NGS (~80% wet lab time.
- Specific applications of molecular technology in miRNA, DNA methylation, mutations as well as pathogens of interest e.g EBV, HPV
- Explore new technologies to meet/exceed current clinical requirements on diagnostics tests
- Project design and problem-solving using technical product knowledge, design control and basic regulatory issues.
- Design and execute experiments independently, troubleshoot, analyse data, interpret results, and keep a detailed record of experiments
- Actively provide scientific input in both multifunctional and R&D team meetings
- Work closely with other Scientists, Engineering, and Commercial colleagues to provide scientific inputs related to company products

Role & Responsibilities
Procurement:
- Procuring materials (e.g ethanol, chemicals, biological samples, and cell lines) and consumables for R&D demand and inventory control and record them in an organized inventory database.
- Oversee general administration of the office which includes purchasing of office supply essential.
Setup, Maintenance and Record Keeping:
- Ensuring all instruments and equipment are properly calibrated, validated, and maintained. Proper recording of all equipment/instrument in an organized inventory database.
- Managing laboratory clinical sample inventory and organization. Proper recording of all samples in an organized inventory database.
- Monitor the compliance of the laboratory and review and implement protocol with the requirements and other directives that may be issued from time to time by MOH on Human Biological Research (HBR) related issues.
- Manage lab layouts, setups, space requirement and infrastructure maintenance for active project
Safety
- Oversee all areas of safety management and will be the lead point of contact for all safety related matters.
- Establishing standard operation procedure (SOPs) on safe working environment in the labs.

The Senior Director, Global Sales (Head of Global Sales) reports to the CEO and is responsible for driving revenue growth for MiRXES. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the oncology diagnostics market

Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage your time across multiple projects at one time is necessary.
Certification in a project management methodology is required.

This role will be mainly providing IT support for the newly set-up clinical diagnostic laboratory department.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide IT technical support for all laboratory systems
- Support laboratory daily billing and test reconciliation for all lab interface
- Support integration of LIS with internal or external labs and lab analytical instruments
- Coordinate with lab user to setup and modify orders, reference labs, test rules, and test panels
- Able to act on emergency incident and provide resolution of LIS problems in a timely manner
